Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped by Federal Express Smartpost and are delivered by the United States Post Office. Within the continental US, you can expect delivery within 8-14 business days from our receipt of your order for in-stock items.

3-4 Business Days:       Add $7.95 to standard freight charges.
1-2 Business Days:       Add $15 to standard freight charges.


Notes for Expedited Orders:

  • 1-2 and 3-4 day delivery are only available within the continental U.S. for orders received before 11am EST, M-F. Expedited orders are shipped via FedEx. Expedited shipping is not available for check orders.

  • Expedited orders received after 11 AM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Expedited orders received after 11 AM EST on Friday will be processed on Monday.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
We will make every effort to deliver in stock items by December 25.  Please note the following order deadlines to receive your packages by December 24th.

  •     For standard delivery, orders must be received by Thursday, December 13.

  •     For express delivery in 3-4 business days, orders must be received by Tuesday, December 18.

  •     For express delivery in 1-2 business days, orders must be received by Wednesday, December 19.


AK, HI, U.S. Territories
Add $5 to standard freight charges. Orders arrive within 10-14 business days (for in stock items only).


APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses

  • Add $5 to standard freight charges for APO/FPO Addresses.

  • Orders arrive within 10-14 business days (for in stock items only)

  • Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO addresses.

  • FedEx does not ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Please include a valid street address in the "Ship To" field of the order form. All packages will be sent via United States Postal Services.


Shipping to a Different Address

You may select to ship an order to an address other than that of your billing address. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. If you are using an alternate address for shipping, we recommend you register that address as an authorized alternate ship-to address with your credit card issuer to insure proper credit verification.


Delays
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Expedited orders placed after 11AM EST Monday-Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:

  •  We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase. If credit card authorization is not received, you will receive e-mailed instructions for completing your purchase.  

  • Your order included a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.

  • Your order has a shipping address that differs from your credit card billing address and requires further verification. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. If you are using an alternate address for shipping, we recommend you register that address as an authorized alternate ship-to address with your credit card issuer to insure proper credit verification.


Rerouting a Package in Transit or Making an Address Correction
A reroute is a request to change a delivery address from what was originally on the order and/or shipping label. A reroute includes a change from one street address to another in the same city/state. Only Body Central can authorize & reroute a shipment if it is requested by the customer. Only one reroute per package is allowed.

If you wish to re-route a shipment, use the contact us page to submit your request. A $5 rerouting fee will apply. We cannot guarantee the change. Your order may have already been processed by the time we receive your request. Your  change request must include the following:

  1. Order# (or Reference#)
  2. FedEx or USPS tracking number (if available)
  3. First name, last name, billing zip code
  4. The new destination address and daytime contact telephone number for the recipient.


International Orders
Body Central does not ship to international countries

To check the status of an order, you may log on to either www.usps.com or www.fedex.com to track your shipment using the tracking number included on your E-Mail Shipping Notification. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.
