Returns and Exchanges


Items purchased online or phone orders

We want you to be completely satisfied and enjoy your purchase.  In the unusual case that you find an item not up to your quality expectations, please return the unused item (with original packaging) within 45 days of receipt of your purchase.  Merchandise bought through BodyCentral.com cannot be returned at any of our Body Central or Body Shop retail stores.


For hygiene reasons, Body Central does not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, lingerie sets, tights or similar intimate items.
These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

Merchandise purchased at BodyCentral.com may be returned only by mail to the address below for a refund.  Remember to include the following in your return package. Failure to include all of the following will delay the processing of your refund or exchange. 

Merchandise with original packaging
  1. Completed Return Form found on the back of your shipping invoice.*
  2. Use the return label sticker found on your invoice. Ship prepaid and insured.

To facilitate the return process, you must print and enclose a copy of your order confirmation (received via e-mail). Failure to include a return form and copy of your order confirmation will delay processing of your refund and/or exchange.

Notes:
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
  • Exchanges for orders paid via PayPal - We can only accept exchanges for items of equal value.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out or no longer available. If we are unable to process an exchange, you will be credited for the items returned.
  • A credit to the original form of payment will be issued once we receive and process your return. During peak periods, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for processing upon receipt of your return/exchange.
  • We will exchange or credit your original method of payment, excluding freight charges.  Depending on your billing cycle and when your refund was processed, please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Body Central and Body Shop retail stores do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased online.
 
Items purchased at Body Central or Body Shop retail stores 

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase from one of our Body Central or Body Shop stores, we will be happy to do the following:


Merchandise Refund 

Refunds issued ONLY in the original form of payment when each of the following is provided:
  1. The original sales receipt is dated within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with price ticket attached.
  3. Picture ID is required for all refunds.

Note: If paid by debit or credit, refund will be issued back to card.  
 

Merchandise Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Returns made within 30 days of purchase may receive an exchange or store credit.
  2. Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with price ticket attached.
  3. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
  4. All lingerie and earring sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: Collection charge and/or service fee may be electronically deducted from your bank account for all returned checks. Merchandise purchased in-store may not be returned via mail to BodyCentral.com.
