Individual and duet sessions are offered by appointment only and require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Standing appointments are available for members. All mat classes are offered on a first come, first served basis and do not require an appointment. Please refer to the Mat Class Schedule for class times. All series are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.
