pilates mat: Pilates group mat classes concentrate on the core for strength, stability, and range of motion. Everyone without prior Pilates experience must begin at Level 1. Level 2 is a beginning intermediate class, improving control and form. Level 2/3 is an intermediate class, increasing the difficulty of each exercise and requiring more strength and control. Level 3 challenges both the mind and the body with advanced intermediate level mat work.

tower class: This class is the ultimate workout, designed to challenge the powerhouse with the use of springs and the bars. Students must be at Level 3 or higher to take this class, as well as have an instructor's approval.

stretch class: Stretch class is designed for Pilates students with Mat 2 experience or higher. The passive stretch class focuses on stretching and strengthening using exercises based on Pilates concepts and the use of the theraband. The active stretch class emphasizes alignment and posture in movement to improve energy levels.

Kettlebells: This class is designed for all levels. Each person will be given a weighted bell to perform the unique exercises.

GYROKINESISŪ: This class will add a multi-dimensional to your workout as you take your body through its full range of motion with an emphasis on building strength, injury resistance, longer muscle tone and endurance. Combining seated, standing and floor work, the movements will guide you through engaging and balancing out all of your major muscle groups. Your body will be rejuvenated with strength from the inside out.
